Kill elite mobs in final quests
To complete the Silent Assassin quest, you need to kill a specific number of elite mobs during the Sra'vess Wetwork and The Bigger They Come quests. This includes 4 elite Mantid mobs and 15 lesser Mantid mobs. The Bigger They Come quest can be challenging, as there are usually 4-5 elite mobs patrolling the island, and their fear tactics can attract more mobs into the fight.
The Wu Kao Assassins daily quests are given by Ling of the Six Pools at the Shado-Pan Garrison. These quests will send you to Sra'vess to take on the Mantid base there. The final quest is Target of Opportunity: Sra'thik Hivelord or Target of Opportunity: Sra'thik Swarmlord.
Each day, you will receive one of three sets of daily quests, and each set contains 4 quests that can be completed together, followed by a final quest against an elite enemy unit. His quests include Assault Deadtalker's Plateau, Assault Fire Camp Gai-Cho, and The Enemy of My Enemy... Is Still My Enemy.
Completing these final quests and killing the elite mobs will grant you achievements and rewards, such as reputation points, valor points, charms, and gold.

Every day, you will be given a choice of three sets of daily quests, each named after the type of NPC that will accompany you. These include Omnia Mystics, Blackguard Defenders, and Wu Kao Assassins. Each type of NPC has different abilities that can assist you in quests. For example, Omnia Mystics are like Frost Mages with slowing abilities, Blackguard Defenders are tanks that can taunt enemies, and Wu Kao Assassins are Rogues that can put you in Stealth mode when out of combat.
The Shado-Pan Heroes will fight by your side, taunt the adds, and make the daily quests much easier. Some of the NPCs available include Yalia Sagewhisper. However, not all NPCs will be available every day. To unlock the help of a specific NPC, you may need to complete a challenge quest at the Shado-Pan Garrison, where you will need to defeat a Shado-Pan champion.
