Repping Shado-Pan: The Exalted Grind

If you're looking to get to exalted status with the Shado-Pan faction in World of Warcraft, there are a few methods you can use. One way is to complete daily quests, which can take around 2-4 weeks depending on your dedication. Alternatively, you can try farming Zandalari Warbringers and Warscouts, which drop reputation tokens. This method can be faster, but these mobs are often camped by other players. You can also gain reputation through work orders via the tillers and by doing the quests in Kun Lai Summit, which offer Shado Pan reputation. Additionally, there are non-daily quests that can provide reputation, with 93 available for both Alliance and Horde players, and one unique quest for each faction.

Shado-Pan dailies

Every day, you will be able to do a set of four warm-up quests, followed by a final quest where you will have to kill an elite mob. You will earn 250 reputation from each of the daily quests, meaning that you will earn 1,250 reputation per day. You can also earn an additional 350 reputation by completing a challenge quest, which involves defeating a Shado-Pan champion.

The daily quests fall into three categories:

• Omnia Mystics: These quests are given by Ban Bearheart and take place at Shan'ze Dao, where you will need to prevent the Mogu from experimenting with Cloud Serpents.
• Blackguard Defenders: These quests are given by Master Snowdrift and take place at Deadtalker's Plateau and Fire Camp Gai Cho, where you will deal with the Yaungol.
• Wu Kao Assassins: These quests are given by Ling of the Six Pools and will send you to Sra'vess to wreak havoc on the Mantid base established there.

In addition to the daily quests, there are other ways to gain reputation with the Shado-Pan. You can do the Shado Pan Work Order at your farm, which earns you an additional 400 reputation per day. You can also champion the Shado-Pan in the reputation tab of your character panel, which will increase your reputation gains when running Heroic dungeons and scenarios.

By completing all the Shado-Pan quests in Townlong Steppes, you can reach (almost) Honoured reputation. Once you reach Revered, you can purchase the Grand Commendation of the Shado-Pan from the faction quartermaster to increase your reputation gains.

Finally, it is worth noting that you can also gain reputation with the Shado-Pan by killing ZANDALARI Warbringers/scouts and looting their rep tokens.

Shado-Pan quests

To become a member of the Shado-Pan, hopeful recruits must undergo a trial called the Trial of the Red Blossoms, which takes place every seven seasons when the trees of the monastery turn red. The trial consists of three challenges that are simple but deadly.

Shado-Pan reputation tokens

Another way to earn Shado-Pan reputation tokens is by killing ZANDALARI Warbringers and scouts, who have a chance to drop reputation tokens when looted. This method can be faster than doing daily quests, but the Warbringers and scouts are often camped by other players. It can be helpful to create an alt on a different server to increase the chances of finding these NPCs.

Additionally, Patch 5.2 introduced two other ways to gain reputation with the Shado-Pan. The first is through "work orders" via the Tillers, and the second is by starring a reputation to receive "bonus reputation" for your first 5-man heroic and first scenario of the day.

It's worth noting that there are also a few general ways to speed up reputation gains. For example, buying the rep bonus when you hit revered, riding the carousel at the Darkmoon Faire for a rep bonus, and killing ZANDALARI Warbringers/scouts for a chance to loot a token that will increase reputation.

By utilising a combination of these methods, players can work towards attaining exalted status with the Shado-Pan.

Shado-Pan Assault

Players can also gain rep with the Shado-Pan by doing ""work orders" via the tillers, or by starring a reputation to have "bonus reputation" applied to the first 5-man heroic and first scenario of the day.

Killing ZANDALARI Warbringers/scouts offers another way to increase Shado-Pan rep, as they may drop reputation tokens when looted.

Additionally, players can speed up the process of gaining rep by buying the rep bonus when they hit revered, riding the carousel at the Darkmoon Faire for a rep bonus before turning in dailies, and taking advantage of the Timewalking feature to buy rep tokens.

Completing the daily quests can take 3-4 weeks to reach exalted status with the Shado-Pan.
