Shado-Pan Reputation: A Guide To Gaining Rep

The Shado-Pan is a warring faction that protects the Pandaren lands. After reaching level 90, you can increase your reputation with the Shado-Pan by doing daily quests at the Shado-Pan Garrison in the Townlong Steppes. There are a few ways to get rep with the Shado-Pan, including daily quests, challenge quests, and Shado Pan Work Orders at your farm. You can also buy a Commendation of the Shado-Pan during Mists of Pandaria Timewalking.

Do daily quests at the Shado-Pan Garrison in Townlong Steppes

Once you reach level 90, you can increase your reputation with the Shado-Pan by doing daily quests at the Shado-Pan Garrison in the Townlong Steppes. Here, you will need to attack nearby Yaungol, Mantid, and Mogu outposts.

Every day, you will be able to do the daily quests proposed at the Shado-Pan Garrison in the Townlong Steppes. These daily quests will send you questing at one of three questing locations, where you will do four warm-up quests before doing a final quest, which involves killing an elite mob.

Each day, you will be able to choose a Shado-Pan NPC to accompany you through the quests, helping you fight your foes. You will also sometimes be offered a challenge quest at the Shado-Pan Garrison, where you will need to defeat a Shado-Pan champion. Completing this quest will unlock the help of this NPC for your daily quests.

From a reputation-grinding perspective, you will earn 250 reputation from each of the daily quests, meaning you will earn 1,250 reputation per day. If you get a challenge quest, then you will earn an additional 350 reputation.

Note that you can easily reach (almost) Honoured reputation by simply doing all the Shado-Pan quests in Townlong Steppes.

Buy Commendations during Mists of Pandaria Timewalking

During the Mists of Pandaria Timewalking event, players can buy Commendations to gain reputation with the Shado-Pan faction. This event is a bonus for players level 35 and above, who can queue for Mists of Pandaria timewalking dungeons using the LFG tool. Completing these dungeons rewards Timewarped Badges, which can be exchanged for goods from Timewalking Vendors in capital cities.

The vendor for this event is Mistweaver Xia, who can be found on the Timeless Isle. She sells Commendation tokens for 300 reputation with the Shado-Pan, as well as other Mists of Pandaria factions. These tokens can be purchased with Timewarped Badges.

While the Timewalking Event is active, players will gain the Sign of the Mists buff, which grants a 50% bonus reputation with Mists of Pandaria factions. This is a good opportunity to increase reputation with the Shado-Pan faction by purchasing Commendations.

In addition to buying Commendations, players can also gain reputation with the Shado-Pan by defeating bosses in the available dungeons, such as the Temple of the Jade Serpent and the Gate of the Setting Sun.

Farm Zandalari Warbringers/Warscouts for tokens

Farming Zandalari Warbringers/Warscouts for tokens is a great way to gain Shado-Pan rep. Warbringers have 21.5 million health, which can make it difficult for some classes to solo. However, each Warbringer has 1-2 Zandalari Warscouts patrolling the area, which can be soloed and have a quick respawn time.

Warscouts can be found in Townlong Steppes, The Jade Forest, Kun-Lai Summit, Dread Wastes, and Krasarang Wilds. They have an hour-long respawn time, with fights taking 3-5 minutes and an average of 5 minutes of travel time. You can also invite a friend on a different server to group up and increase your chances. While there's only one Warbringer per zone, up to two Warscouts can spawn for the same location, travelling in opposite directions along fixed paths.

When farming for tokens, it's best to look for them during off-peak times, such as early in the morning. This will increase your chances of finding them.

Each of the tokens gives 1000 to their reputation. With a guild perk, you can get 1200 rep, and if you have the guild perk and the grand commendation for the rep in question, you'll receive 2400 rep. This is a fast way to gain rep, especially if you have multiple characters that need it.

Camp War-God Dokah on the Isle of Giants for rep tokens

To get rep tokens with the Shado-Pan faction, one method is to farm War-God Dokah, an elite NPC found on the Isle of Giants in World of Warcraft. War-God Dokah is located at the bow of a ship in the southeastern part of the Isle of Giants, inhabited by a large number of Zandalari Dinomancer mobs.

To reach War-God Dokah without a flying mount, players will need to avoid or clear a significant number of elite mobs and a Primal Devilsaur near the ship. One method to get past these mobs is to use a dinosaur disguise, such as the Intact Direhorn Hide, which can be purchased from specific vendors on the island for the Alliance and Horde factions. With the disguise equipped, players can sneak past the hostile mobs and reach War-God Dokah.

War-God Dokah has approximately 42 million health and will require multiple players to defeat. Players should clear out nearby hostile mobs to avoid adds during the fight. War-God Dokah uses abilities similar to those of the Zandalari Warbringers, including Horrific Visage, Meteor Shower, Scarab Swarm, Thunder Crush, and Vengeful Spirit.

Upon defeating War-God Dokah, players can obtain various reputation items, including Stolen Shado-Pan Insignia, which can be used to gain reputation with the Shado-Pan faction. War-God Dokah has a short respawn timer, allowing players to farm him repeatedly for reputation tokens. It is worth noting that the reputation tokens are Bind on Account, allowing players to trade them between characters.

Do the Champions of the Thunder King weekly quest

To gain reputation with the Shado-Pan, you can do the Champions of the Thunder King weekly quest. This quest involves performing rituals and defeating powerful opponents summoned by the rituals. Specifically, you will need to use Shan'ze Ritual Stones to perform the Lightning Ritual, the Spirit Ritual, and the Primal Ritual in various locations across the Isle of Thunder. This will summon the following opponents, which you will need to defeat:

• Spirit of Warlord Teng
• Electromancer Ju'le
• Ancient Mogu Guardian
• Incomplete Drakkari Colossus
• Windweaver Akil'amon

Upon completion of this quest, you will gain 300 reputation with the Shado-Pan Assault. It is worth noting that this quest may require a group of 5 players to complete.
