The Shado-Pan are a neutral faction of Pandaren who protect Pandaria from insectoids west of the Great Wall of Pandaria. To start the Shado Pan rep questline, you must first gain access to their daily quests by reaching revered status with the Golden Lotus in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms. Once you have access to the Shado-Pan daily quests, you can visit their headquarters, the Shado-Pan Monastery, or their quartermaster, Rushi the Fox, in the Townlong Steppes at the Shado-Pan Garrison. You can then begin the 15 daily quests that will grant you reputation with the Shado-Pan.

Gaining reputation with the Shado-Pan
The Shado-Pan are a neutral faction of Pandaren who protect Pandaria from insectoids west of the Great Wall of Pandaria. To gain reputation with the Shado-Pan, you must complete daily quests in the Townlong Steppes at the Shado-Pan Garrison. You can start gaining reputation rewards when you are neutral with the Shado-Pan, and you can purchase several items with justice points, such as rings, gloves, legs, chests, and trinkets.
Once you reach the "honoured" level, you can purchase epic cloaks for 1250 valor points. At the revered level, you gain access to the most sought-after items, hats! These are epic ilevel 489 hats and trinkets, and the helmets have meta sockets. The trinkets cost 1750 valor points, and the helmets cost 2250 valor points.
You can gain 250 reputation from each daily quest, and there are 15 daily quests in total. You can also gain an additional 400 reputation by doing the Shado-Pan Work Order at your farm. Once you reach the exalted level, you can purchase the Shado-Pan Tabard for 10 valor points, as well as gain access to some cool Shado-Pan tiger mounts.
You can also gain reputation faster by working on secondary characters or purchasing an item called a Grand Commendation once you reach the revered level.

The Shado-Pan are a neutral faction of Pandaren who protect Pandaria from insectoids west of the Great Wall of Pandaria. Their headquarters is the Shado-Pan Monastery, but their quartermaster, Rushi the Fox, can be found at the Shado-Pan Garrison in Townlong Steppes.

The Shado-Pan daily quests
The Shado-Pan is a warring faction that protects the Pandaren lands, specifically guarding the Serpent Spine, the great wall that separates the Pandaren from the Yaungol and the Mantid. The Shado-Pan offers 15 daily quests that can be completed for reputation. Each daily quest rewards 250 reputation with the Shado-Pan, 5 Valor points, a lesser charm of good fortune, and some gold. You can start getting reputation rewards from the Shado-Pan when you are neutral with them. At this level, you can purchase several different rings, mail or plate gloves, leather legs, cloth chests, or a DPS trinket. All of the items are sold for justice points and range in cost from 1250 to 2250 points each and are ilevel 458 rare items.
Once you reach Honored status, you can purchase an epic ilevel 489 cloak for 1250 valor points. There are five different cloaks to choose from. When you reach Revered status, you unlock the ability to purchase epic ilevel 489 hats and trinkets, and helmets with meta sockets. The trinkets cost 1750 valor points, and the helmets cost 2250 valor points.
You can increase your reputation gains with the Shado-Pan by choosing to champion them in the reputation tab of your character panel.
