Unlocking Pan Am Side Missions: A Guide

In the game Cyberpunk 2077, Panam Palmer is a character that can be romanced, but only if the player is a male V with a male body type. To initiate a romance with Panam, players must trigger and complete specific objectives during her questline. This includes helping her with Nash during the Ghost Town quest, completing the Lightning Breaks and Life During Wartime Main Jobs, and the Riders on the Storm, With a Little Help From My Friends, and Queen of the Highway Side Jobs. During these quests, players must make dialogue choices that support and defend Panam, and flirt with her when given the option. Completing Panam's questline also forges an alliance with the Aldecaldos, her Nomad clan, which is tied to one of the game's endings.

Meet Panam in Ghost Town

To meet Panam in Ghost Town, you must first visit Afterlife in Watson and find Rogue, who is in the back of the bar. Wait for her to finish her conversation, then tell her bodyguard you have business with her. She will demand payment of $15,000 in exchange for the information you need. If you don't have the money, you can try out some side gigs or sell any weapons you don't plan on using. Once you have the money, return to Rogue and pay up. She will give you a shard with information about Hellman's location and set you up with Panam Palmer, an ex-nomad who is in debt to Rogue after a botched job.

Now it's time to call Panam. She needs your help to get her car and cargo back. Meet her in Santo Domingo's Rancho Coronado. When you arrive, Panam isn't very inclined to give you much attention, nor does she want to work with you. However, as the conversation progresses, you will give her information about her car and cargo's location—Rocky Ridge. She will make a call, and you can question her bluff if you have at least a level 6 Intelligence. If not, keep the conversation moving.

Hop into Panam's car, and she will drive you to her former Nomad clan's camp, or you can skip the ride. Upon arrival, two men, Mitch and Scorpion, approach the car. Panam greets them warmly, but they are occupied with clan business and cannot join her for the upcoming mission. They offer her some gear, and you can follow Panam through the camp. She will grab a big gun, and you will grab a big crate. Follow Panam back to the car and load the trunk with the crate.

Get back into the car, and Panam will drive you to Rocky Ridge, an abandoned town. When you arrive, you are tasked with scouting the area by using your scanner on three things around you. You will discover that nothing has power. Panam has a plan, though, and she will need your help to execute it. Follow her to the building with a big "Broken" tag on it and scan the transformer in the back and the "power source" or fuse box on the roof. Return to Panam to discuss the plan further.

Panam wants to surprise the Shiv by restoring power to parts of Rocky Ridge, creating a diversion. Follow the waypoint to the substation and pick up any useful items along the way. Panam will pull the car around and ask you to grab the car battery cable from the trunk, along with some other supplies. Connect the cables as Panam instructs. Now, enter the little power station building. The door is locked, but you can break the window to the left of the door and hop in. Alternatively, if you have at least level 8 Body, you can force the door open. Inside, you will find two grenades and a shard. Before leaving, go to the control panel, select the Local Network option, and choose "Activate" to restore power. Join Panam on the roof.

Hide behind the guardrail and wait for Panam's signal to pull the lever and turn on the lights. This will divide the approximately seven enemies below. You can start shooting from your position on the roof, or you can take a stealthy route. Your objective is to retrieve Panam's keys and her truck, so you don't have to kill everyone unless you want to. If you choose to go stealth, crouch and walk down the stairs, staying along the left, dark path. There is an enemy marked with the key, posting up in the building. Sneak up behind them and take them out, then search their body for the keys.

Once you have the keys, you can tell Panam to meet up with you elsewhere, or you can ask for her help in finishing off the remaining enemies. If you choose to meet up with her later, she will be irritated. If you come out the back side of the building, you can still use the cover of darkness to stealthily eliminate enemies. There is a sniper on the roof of the gas station and a Wraith Goliath with a heavy machine gun between the bar and the gas station. If the enemies are still unaware of your presence, you can sneak up behind the Wraith Goliath and kill him. Then, take his machine gun and attack.

In addition to the sniper and the Goliath, there are three more enemies roaming the street beyond. Once you've killed them or sneaked past them, you can take Panam's car. If she's not with you, follow the 300M waypoint a few streets over and stop the car. Panam is ready to take the wheel and get her revenge.

Help Panam with Nash

In the "Ghost Town" quest, you will be tasked by Rogue to help Panam get her vehicle back from Nash, who stole it from her. You will need to retrieve a toolbox from the Aldecaldos camp and then head to Rocky Ridge, an abandoned town where you must scan objects to fix the electricity. After setting a trap for the Raffen Shiv gang and killing them, you will retrieve the keys to Panam's vehicle.

At this point, Panam will try to convince you to go with her to Nash's base to kill him. You can choose to follow Panam's plan or tell her to let it go. If you decide to help Panam take revenge on Nash, a fight will break out as soon as you enter their cave, and Nash will drop his iconic weapon, "Widow Maker", when killed. On the other hand, if you choose to oppose Panam and de-escalate the situation, Rogue will reward you with a free Archer Quartz 'Bandit' car.

It is worth noting that the choices you make during this quest will not affect your relationship with Panam. However, your rewards will differ depending on your decision.

Complete specific objectives during her questline

To complete specific objectives during Panam's questline in Cyberpunk 2077, players must trigger and complete certain tasks while also making dialogue choices that will foster a romantic relationship with Panam. During the "Ghost Town" main job, players can choose to help Panam with Nash or ignore him. Although she will be upset if you don't help, this won't prevent you from starting a relationship with her later. At the Sunset Motel, players can suggest sharing a room with Panam, which she will agree to, but this also won't impact the romance prospects.

In the "Lightning Breaks" main job, there are no romance options, but this quest must be completed to unlock the next step. After the AV gets shot, the "Life During Wartime" main job begins. During this quest, players should save Mitch and then ask Panam to help track down Hellman. It's important to stand up for Panam in front of Saul at the end of this mission.

For the "Riders on the Storm" side job, players must wait for Panam to call after 12 in-game hours and agree to help her. This mission has a time limit of 24 in-game hours, after which the quest will fail, and the opportunity to romance Panam will be lost. Inside the house during the sandstorm, players should side with Panam when talking to Saul and make romantic advances, such as asking her to take off her shoes and relaxing when she puts her legs on their lap. When given the option, players should choose to touch Panam's thigh or select the "You Choose" option.

The next day, after picking up the Sniper Rifle, approach Panam as she gets on her bike and initiate a conversation about the previous night before the timed prompt expires. After another 12 in-game hours, Panam will call about problems with Saul, initiating the "With a Little Help From My Friends" side job. At the locomotive control tower, Panam will reveal that she's been taking things slowly because she cares about the relationship. Players should reassure Panam by touching her hand and continue to side with her when talking to Saul.

At the campfire with the Nomads, players can choose to scooch closer to Panam and put their arm around her when going to bed, although this is optional. Completing the "With a Little Help From My Friends" side job unlocks the final quest, "Queen of the Highway." Players must leave the camp area, wait until the next day, and then return to the Aldecaldos' camp after receiving a call from Panam about the Basilisk. After reaching the Basilisk, players will share a romantic ride and have the opportunity to synchronize their bodies with Panam, leading to a sexual encounter.

Flirt with Panam at the Sunset Motel bar

To flirt with Panam at the Sunset Motel bar, you must first meet her during the Ghost Town mission. This is triggered by going to The Afterlife and talking with Rogue. You will need to give Rogue 15,000 Eurodollars to get Hellman, and she will then put you in touch with Panam.

During the Ghost Town mission, you will work with Panam to get her car back. After you get the car, Panam will suggest renting rooms at a motel, and you will have the option to propose getting just one room. She will agree, pointing out that the rooms have two twin beds. However, Panam will reject any further advances and will go to sleep.

After getting the car and making a plan to capture Hellman, Panam will tell you that she needs to sleep first. You can choose to ask her to come with you to track down Hellman. You will need to defend Panam when she is up against Saul at the end of the mission.

Following the Ghost Town mission, you will need to wait 12 hours in-game to get a call from Panam. She will ask you to help rescue Saul, who has been taken by a rival nomad gang. You will need to head to the camp and either kill everyone inside or stealth your way in and out.

Once you have rescued Saul, you will need to find shelter from a sandstorm. A conversation will take place between Saul and Panam, and you should side with Panam. You can ask Panam to take her shoes off and relax after she puts her legs on your lap. You can then choose to touch Panam's thigh. Panam will reject sleeping with you, but you will have taken part in two important moments that are mandatory for starting a romance with her.

The next morning, you can refer to the events of the previous night, and Panam will give you a quick kiss.

Accept Panam's advances

To accept Panam's advances in Cyberpunk 2077, you must first meet the requirements to romance her character. This means that you must be playing as a male V with a male body type. You'll first meet Panam as part of the Ghost Town Main Job in Act 2. During this quest, you can flirt with her at the Sunset Motel bar by suggesting that you share a room. Although she will initially resist, this is a key step in the romance storyline.

Later in the game, during the With a Little Help From My Friends side quest, you'll have a conversation with Panam in the locomotive control tower. Here, she will reveal that she has feelings for you and has been taking things slowly because she doesn't want to mess anything up. You can reassure her by choosing the option to touch her hand.

The next step in the romance storyline occurs during the Queen of the Highway side quest. After successfully assembling the Basilisk, you and Panam will take a romantic ride together. After completing the driving and shooting training sequences, Panam will jack into the vehicle with you, synchronizing your bodies and sharing your sensory awareness. Panam will then use the interface to make sexual advances, which you can accept to initiate the romance storyline.
