Kill War-God Dokah

War-God Dokah is a rare Zandalari warlord and a leading member of the Zandalari Beast Ward. He is found on a boat off the coast of the Isle of Giants, surrounded by Zandalari Dinomancers. He is a challenging opponent, with a respawn timer of around 40 minutes, and it is recommended to have a party of at least three when facing him.

  • Assemble your party: While it is possible for certain classes, such as Beast Mastery Hunters, to solo Dokah, it is generally advised to have at least three players in your group. Ensure your group has a balance of roles, including a tank to withstand Dokah's heavy hits.
  • Clear the area: Before engaging Dokah, clear as much of the deck of the boat as possible. This will minimise interference from the surrounding Zandalari Dinomancers during the fight.
  • Interrupt Horrific Visage: When the fight begins, interrupt Dokah's "Horrific Visage" ability, which causes fear but can be interrupted.
  • Avoid Meteor Shower: Pan your camera back to see where the meteors are coming from above and avoid being hit.
  • Deal with Scarab Swarm: Dokah will summon a swarm of about 10 small adds. These can be easily taken down with area-of-effect (AoE) abilities. If you have a warrior in your group, the death of these scarabs will trigger their "Victory Rush" ability, allowing them to heal themselves.
  • Move out of Thunder Crush: This is a powerful cone attack in front of Dokah. Move quickly to the left or right to avoid taking major damage.
  • Avoid Vengeful Spirit: Dokah will summon a slow-moving vengeful spirit that deals massive damage. Try to avoid this while also moving to dodge Thunder Crush, but be careful not to aggro additional Dinomancers on the deck.
  • Focus damage on Dokah: As Dokah has a large health pool, coordinate your group to focus damage on him to take him down as quickly as possible.

By following these steps and adapting to the situation, you should be able to defeat War-God Dokah and claim your rewards, which include reputation tokens and bags of Zandalari Supplies.
